We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and collect and publish data on the diversity of our staff to comply with the SRA Diversity Survey 2025.
Data has been collected using a questionnaire. Staff are encouraged to complete the survey, but completion of the questionnaire is not compulsory. Staff can choose to reply “prefer not to say” to any question. Not all staff completed the survey.

The breakdown of responses is that 2 members of staff are in the age range 16-24, 4 in the age range 25-34, 7 in the age range 35-44, 1 in the age range 45 to 54, 6 in the age range 55-64, and 2 in the age range 65+.

The breakdown of responses is that 21 members of staff are White – British/English/Welsh/Northern Irish/Scottish.

Socio-economic background (education)
The breakdown of responses is that 4 members of staff attended selective state-run or state-funded schools, and 20 members of staff attended non-selective state schools.
Caring responsibilities
The breakdown of responses is that 9 members of staff are primary carers for a child under eighteen, and 13 members of staff do not have primary care responsibilities for a child under eighteen.

The breakdown of responses is that 20 members of staff do not consider that they have a disability according to the definition in the Equality Act 2010, and 1 member of staff has a disability.
