We acted for two clients (both coincidentally called Lee) who sustained significant lower limb injuries in separate accidents at work in 2018. One was a crush injury, the other an injury caused by a fall.
We acted for both on a ‘no win no fee’ agreement with no financial risk to the clients and without either client having to pay solicitors` costs upfront.
Both clients received large interim payments over the 3 year period to assist them as the claims took time to conclude as the injuries were complex. Both claims settled this month with damages in access of £500,000 between them.
