As part of the Firm’s expansion plans and the development of our new office in Henley-in-Arden we are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Residential Conveyancer to join our Team based in Tamworth. We are open to full time or part- time candidates who have a minimum of 3 years PQE or at least 5 years experience, if qualified by experience.
Key duties will include:
- Business Development: Delivering high service standards, meeting income targets and preserving relationships with local estate agents and other key networks.
- Caseload: handling a variety of property transactions (e.g., sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, shared ownership and lease extensions).
- Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer or qualified by experience .
- Experience: 3 + years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in residential property or 7+ years experience in residential property handling own caseload
