Rutherfords LLP is following the guidance issued by the Chief Medical Officer regarding coronavirus and the national emergency restrictions announced by the Prime Minister on 23 March 2020.
We have adapted our policies to ensure that we can continue to provide a service to our clients.
We have therefore introduced additional protective measures for the benefit of staff, clients and visitors to our Ventura House office.
To reduce the risk of transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19) we are cancelling client face to face meetings and have closed the reception for general enquiries until further notice.
We can contact clients by telephone or email and we have a dedicated conference room with Skype for video and voice calls.
If you are intending to visit our office or need to deliver documents, please call in advance so that we can explain the procedures.
Please let us know if you have symptoms of coronavirus including a new continuous cough or a high temperature (37.8C or above)
We have arranged for certain members of staff to work from home so it may be necessary to divert your call to them. Rutherfords LLP has cloud-based software (including digital dictation) and a secure digital network designed for remote access to our practice management system and documents to ensure continuity of service.
Please be assured that we are still operating a normal business within office hours.
