Due to expansion, Rutherfords LLP is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of two years post qualification experience to assist in their busy Commercial Department at their offices in Tamworth.

The right candidate should have experience in all aspects of commercial property including dealing with commercial leases, lease assignments, Pension Fund  sale and acquisitions, transfers of part, commercial property sales and acquisitions, deeds of easement, option agreements and land transfers.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
